Grace Meng (D-NY), a first-term member of the House Appropriations Committee, voted against the "minibus," a package of four appropriations bills that included Energy and Water Development and Related Agencies; Military Construction, Veterans Affairs and Related Agencies; Defense; and Legislative Branch Appropriations bills.
