The GOP's Big, Ugly Bill enacted over the summer unleashed the largest cuts to Medicaid in history, revoking coverage from millions of Americans and setting off a wave of hospital closures. Now, the Affordable Care Act tax credits that help families afford their insurance are set to expire. Without action to extend these credits, health care costs will skyrocket for everyone. Rep. Meng is fighting to pass a bill that funds the government AND protects these vital tax credits—ensuring health care stays within reach for everyone.
