Meng Statement on Vaccination Site at Queens Center Mall

QUEENS, NY – U.S. Rep. Grace Meng (D-Queens) today issued the following statement on the COVID-19 vaccination site at the Queens Center Mall.

"I'm pleased to learn about this new vaccination site at the Queens Center Mall. This is welcome news for the area and I thank the Mayor for continuing to establish more vaccine locations such as this important site.

Other communities in my congressional district still need a vaccination location as well, and, I, along with several of my government colleagues, are continuing to call for a site in the western portion of my district, and we will continue to push for that to happen and work with the city and state on this effort.

As I have said, everybody deserves easy access to the vaccine, and that includes all of my constituents."
