Fiscal Year 2027 Appropriations Requests

Programmatic and Language Request- FY 2027

The request portal for Fiscal Year 2027 programmatic and report language requests is now open. The deadline to submit a request is Monday, March 2, 2026. 

For your request(s) to be given consideration, you must complete the attached form for each programmatic funding and/or bill or report language request. Multiple requests in one submission WILL NOT be accepted. Please submit each request individually.

This is not the Community Project Funding Application (See below).

Community Project Funding Request- FY 2027

Community Project Funding is an annual process that allows Members of Congress to request direct funding for projects that benefit the communities they represent. 

The House Appropriations Committee has released its general guidance for Community Project Funding for Fiscal Year 2027. 

This year, eligibility is restricted to state or local governmental entities, and certain eligible non-profits. All for-profit recipients are banned. 

If you're not sure if your non-profit is eligible, please contact my office at MengAppropriations@mail.house.gov. 

The deadline to submit a project is March 6, 2026.
