Meng Issues Statement on Attack on Israel

QUEENS, NY – U.S. Rep. Grace Meng (D-NY), a member of the House Appropriations Subcommittee on State and Foreign Operations, this morning issued the following statement on the attack on Israel.

“The unprovoked attack on Israel is outrageous and unacceptable and I condemn this heinous assault on our friend and ally.

This underscores how U.S. security assistance to Israel is more important than ever, and I stand with Israel at this very difficult time.

Many of my constituents, especially those with friends and loved ones in Israel, are reeling from this attack, and my office stands ready to assist those in my district who need assistance.

I send my deepest condolences to all in Israel who have been impacted and will continue to monitor the situation closely.”
