Meng Announces Early Voting in Queens

QUEENS, NY – U.S. Rep. Grace Meng (D-Queens) announced today that early voting for this year's primary elections in Queens – and throughout New York – will begin this Saturday, June 13.
In Queens, early voting will take place at 18 locations throughout the borough, and run through Sunday, June 21.
Voters can find their early voting site by entering their street address on nyc.pollsitelocator.com. They can find their polling place for Election Day (Tuesday, June 23) on this website as well. Voters should be aware that their early voting location and Election Day polling site may be different.
Hours of operation for early voting locations will be:
  • June 13 and June 14: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • June 15: 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • June 16 and June 17: 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
  • June 18: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • June 19: 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • June 20 and June 21: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
"Last year, New Yorkers were permitted to participate in early voting for the first time in our state's history, and it is critical that voters are aware of their options for voting early this year if individuals want to cast their ballot early and in person," said Meng. "Voting is one of the hallmarks of our democracy. It's our civic duty and one of the most important things that we can do as citizens. Whether it's by mail or in-person, I encourage everybody to vote in the upcoming elections. It is critical for voters to make their voices heard."
